• 2–3 years’ experience as a yacht chef or in a similar high-level role
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
• Solid understanding of Med provisioning (South of France & surrounding cruising areas)
• Ability to produce fresh, light, seasonal menus suited to summer cruising
• Experience catering to high-demand private guests
• Strong galley organisation and hygiene standards
• Calm, positive attitude and good team dynamic
• Excellent communication skills

This is a hands-on role running the interior independently, with assistance from deck/stew as required. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and able to deliver exceptional service under pressure during a busy private season.

• 2–3 seasons’ experience in a similar role (Sole Stew or strong 2nd Stew ready to step up)
• Experience with high-demand private guests
• Strong service and housekeeping background
• Excellent spoken English
• Confident communicator with Captain and Chef
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• High energy and able to manage long hours in peak season

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Deck/Stew to join a busy 27m private motor yacht operating in the South of France for the summer season.

This is a dual-role position requiring equal confidence on deck and in the interior. You will support both the Deck/Mate  and Sole Stew, stepping in wherever needed during a high-demand private program.

• Minimum 1–2 seasons’ experience in a similar Deck/Stew role
• Confident with deck operations (lines, fenders, washdowns, basic maintenance)
• Strong housekeeping and service skills
• Physically strong and fit — capable of handling demanding deck work
• Positive, flexible attitude
• Team player mentality
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working long hours during busy summer periods

The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to support the team across all areas of the yacht.
